re: Raid Team #1 Roster DRAFT (In progress)

0

This is a current draft of what we have for the raid team, and it is subject to change. This list is basically compiled from people who are active in the guild and it's activities, and have approached me with heavy enthusiasm about raiding. There is almost definitely going to be a second raid group at our current raid of growth, so don't have a fit and /gquit from rage.

NOTE : This is a draft. For whatever reason if these people are not attuned and ready to raid at our current raid (Still formulating the official raid date, 24th seems too early), we will be replacing them. This is the importance of substitutes. If you think you can perform better than somebody else, we're going to actively be pulling people in and out, depending on how well they are doing. Wildstar is a hard game, and we need do-ers, not only dreamers.

TLDR : Just because you're not on this roster doesn't mean that you are not on the raid team. I can almost guarantee that people on the roster won't be fully attuned and geared, and if you are, we'll bring you in.

Things to remember :

  • You need to be geared to raid. (Including rune slots, etc)
  • You must be attuned. This is how we're going to weed out a lot of the people.
  • You must have Teamspeak 3 installed, and you must be an active member in the guild. If player 1 is just some random guy that never talks, and player 2 is in Teamspeak every single day, we're going to take player 2.
  • Elitism is not tolerated.
  • I would prefer that people turned off their Galaxy meters for DPS unless it actually helps them, because otherwise it will just distract you and stress you out.
  • Substitutes are a part of the raid team. And they can EASILY become core.
  • Raid compositions are sketchy. We're not going to get it right the first time, and every encounter requires a different amount of tanks, etc. This is a learning experience, as Wildstar is very unique.

If you have any issues, it's best not to create guild drama. Message an officer or Porowns in-game, and we'll talk it out. We're not fifth graders.

re: Raid Attunement Tracker

Hey all, I think this attunement tracking spreadsheet should be helpful when coordinating everyone's progress.

If people could update themselves, that would be great.
