What is this?
Dungeon Draft is going to be a night where all guildies planning to raid get together and start to mix and mingle. We will be running Veteran dungeons on the stated raid times (8:30 PM - 12:30 AM EST), because we know that you guys are ready to move on to the next step.
Procedure
- We all meet up in the same place with hopefully 20+ guildies, all in Teamspeak.
- The 4 captains are the 4 main officers, Porowns/Jegron/Vandyne/Openings.
- We will begin to select people, one-by-one, to form our dungeon team.
- Extras will be deemed substitutes for that particular day. If you are a substitute one night, you WILL NOT be a substitute for the next night.
- We will form our teams, get into our seperate channels, and begin the dungeons.
- The first group to finish gets a prize.
Why are we doing this?
It has come to our attention that small cliques are constantly grouping up together and that there is not much mixing of people. We planned this out in order to dissolve the groups into one big unit, the raid team. This event will do many things that need to happen, such as weed out the people who can't commit to times, and get everyone to know eachother. This event is going to make the guild a complete, solid unit.
When is this?
Tuesday : 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM EST (4 hours)
Saturday : 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM EST (4 hours)
We expect you to be able to make these times while we are raiding, so we expect you to be able to make them for this event.
